Our mission is to assist parents as the primary religious educators of their children.  Those who serve the ministry of Religious Education are partners with the parents and guardians who are directly involved in the religious development of their children. Together, we prepare the children of the parish for reception of the sacraments of Reconciliation, Holy Eucharist and Confirmation. The parish Religious Education program also helps prepare children for the weekly gathering of the parish at Mass and teaches them the importance of following the example of Jesus in their daily lives. Students are given instruction in what a Catholic believes and how a Catholic lives in response to that message. Classes are held from September to May. Registration takes place at the end of the program year. All first time registrants must present a baptismal certificate.  A letter of transfer from the previous religious education program is also required for levels 2 and up.
